If you feel a sense of relief with what has made you feel anxious recently, then your enhanced feel-good factor can impress others. You could find yourself in the right place at the right time or making the right contacts to not only bring more security and stability to your world but to also gain more control of your direction in life generally. If that has felt rudderless recently, then you can be certain your destination is about to become clearer.

Whether it was Saturn’s departure from your work sector or its return to a fun, playful, romantic and creatively charged part of your chart yesterday on both fronts there is a chance to let things settle. This is the reverse of what happened in March when Saturn left a playful part of your chart and returned to your work sector, something that he will do again in December. By moving backwards and forward between the most playful and the busiest part of the chart it seems that Saturn is sending a message.

Planetary Love

As Saturn spends his first full day back in your romantic sector there is a need to do nothing but let your heart adjust to having him back. This will change the dynamics, especially after Jupiter and Pluto have been on their own here without him since March. With the Moon returning tomorrow and an eclipsing Full Moon over the weekend, there will be a chance for a deeper dive over the coming days.

Your and a lover’s connection with the past might appear to have no place in the present or future. But don’t be surprised at how deep some feelings are. If you’re attached, then you could be reminded of an event that played a helpful part in bringing you and a loved one together. Single Virgos might be intrigued at how more than a spark still exists toward a certain person.

At the same time that Venus is spending her first full week in direct motion in your career sector, Saturn is spending his final days in your work sector before retrograding back out on Thursday. This and the fact that Venus is just starting to inch forward means that at the start of the week anyway, the lines between the past, present and future are still blurred. Starting the week with the Moon in your income sector will also be one last chance to bring all the forces in play across the income, work and career fronts together. With Venus not leaving your career sector until August, she has plenty of time to explore and exploit opportunities here and across the income and job fronts, giving you time to make Saturn’s final days a priority. Saturn will normally spend three years in your work sector, as he did when he was last here from 1991 to 1994 and will do when he returns in December. However, Saturn returned in March to get a sense of what you need to work on between now and then.

A clash with the Moon in Virgo during his final hours in your relationship sector over the weekend was exactly what Mars needed. Mars only left on Sunday, with a last minute clash with the Moon not only fuelling strong emotional and passionate responses but flushing out any balance issues between your personal and relationship needs. As it was Mars’ job to leave you with a better sense of what you want from your relationships and what they need from you and of what you are fighting for, this was a case of perfect timing. It might not have felt so perfect at the time but by the time the Moon returns to your communication sector midweek and into a friendly aspect to the two planets still in your relationship sector, everything will turn around. This comes just as Jupiter and Pluto align in your romantic sector and with Saturn retrograding back in on Thursday when the doors to the past and second chances are opening even wider.

While there is a lot of financial intensity and even some financial tension at the start of the week, this is more a case of too much information coming at you at the same time. The week begins with the Moon in your income sector and with Venus, the planet of money in her first full week in direct motion in your career sector and Saturn leaving your work sector on Thursday, the timing couldn’t be better. The Moon formed a friendly aspect to both Venus and Saturn when it returned over the weekend, giving you an intuitive read on income, work and career matters from the get go. The problem is that Monday is also Mars’ first full day in your financial sector and on the other side of the sky will be fuelling your financial passions and fighting spirit. While the Moon is focused on money coming in Mars is more focused on what you do with and how you manage the money you have, with less conflict between the two by Wednesday.

A new era commences from the 5th, where self-expression is concerned. For many Virgos, this marks the start of a powerful and far-reaching chapter with matters of the heart. Something may not simply shift to a new level. It could become more formal, set in stone, or permanent. But if you’ve been kidding yourself about what you need in terms of love, romance, and intimacy, then an unignorable revelation is in store. Either way, whatever changes or transforms will have been brewing for some time. But you’re about to take a step in a reassuring and comforting direction.

Love & Romance

The Lunar Eclipse affecting love, romance and intimacy won’t go unnoticed. It could also bring awareness that warms your heart. Your heart not only wants what it wants, but it’s becoming increasingly aware of what it needs, too. You know what would bring deeper levels of comfort, stability and pleasure to your emotional world or a love connection. You have probably sensed it has only been a matter of time before you took a particular step. That could happen this month.

2020 Overview

Taken as a whole, 2020 is a year that demonstrates just how stunning the interplay of cosmic activity can be and how different influences can come together to create a beautiful whole. The dominant force that will greet you as you move into 2020 will be the fun, playful, romantic and creative energy in the air from the get go, which is a mix of the ordinary and the extraordinary. The ordinary because the Sun will always spend the first three weeks of every year in a playful part of your chart, yet extraordinary because this is where Saturn, Pluto and Jupiter have chosen to reunite for the first time since 1982. The Sun and the other planets that will visit your romantic and creative sector in 2020 will come and go but Pluto is here all year and Jupiter until 20th December. This makes 2020 your luckiest and most expansive year for matters of the heart and all things fun, playful, romantic and creative in over a decade.

Even Saturn, hard taskmaster of the cosmos and the planet that can give you the power to move mountains has been preparing for this since December 2017, urging you to take this seriously. To have the planets of luck, change and the planet that can give you the power to move mountains all working to make matters of the heart and all things fun, playful, romantic and creative a priority isn’t a problem. However, what could be a problem is that this year the professional gods have some wild cards up their sleeves, over and above the ordinary planetary activity you get on the job front in January and February and on the career front in May and June. It begins with Saturn’s return to your work sector on 22nd March and Mars’ return on 31st March. Both will leave a playful part of your chart to return here and it comes just days before Venus is due to begin a rare four month visit to your career sector, instead of her usual 24 day visit. Mars is only here for six weeks and Saturn will retrograde back out on 2nd July, but this is preparation for major new beginnings when he returns on 17th December and Jupiter on 20th December.

The four months that Venus will spend in your career sector, from 4th April to 8th August, will not only encompass the middle months of the year but much of Saturn and Mars’ time in your work sector and all of the ordinary planetary activity on the career front this year. This is a huge professional surge that will be felt across the job and career fronts, right in the middle of your most important year for all things fun, playful, romantic and creative in a decade. Now I said at the beginning that different influences can come together to make a beautiful whole and what I was referring to was the lunar nodes. On 5th May the South Node will return to your home and the North Node to your career sector, where for the next 18 months they will police your work/life balance, allowing you to have it all.

This year has the right mix of influences on the romantic and relationship fronts, but where on the relationship front it is mainly business as usual, on the romantic front it is anything but. Any year will always begin with the Sun in your romantic sector, with the solar spotlight always on matters of the heart and all things romantic in the first three weeks of every year. Venus, who won’t visit your romantic sector at all in 2020, left just before Christmas 2019 but not before leaving you with your romantic desires and expectations updated and fortunately aware of the this year’s possibilities. For it was just a week after Venus returned to your romantic sector last year that lucky Jupiter returned to begin your luckiest year for love in over a decade, a year that won’t run its course until 20th December.

Jupiter returns to your romantic sector once every 12 years and while this is stunning enough, what makes this visit different is that she returns to find Saturn and Pluto here. Saturn has been here since 2017 and Pluto has not only been here since 2008 but returned during Jupiter’s last visit 12 years ago. This is the first time that Pluto, Saturn and Jupiter have ever come together in your romantic sector in our lifetime and when you have the planets of luck, change and the planet that has the power to move mountains working together, anything is possible. The Sun will leave your romantic sector on 21st January, but the push to get this massive year for matters of the heart off the ground isn’t quite over. That will come when Mars returns, on a mission to fuel your romantic passions and fighting spirit and to exploit the major potential here, from 17th February to 31st March.

Meanwhile, while it is business as usual on the relationship front, business as usual means that you have dreamy Neptune in your relationship sector, where he has been since 2012 and where he will remain until 2026. Venus’ return on 14th January, over a month before the Sun’s return will give the planets of love and dreams a chance to work together, to create some of the most magical weeks on the relationship front this year. Venus’ departure on 8th February means she will be gone by the time the Sun turns the solar spotlight onto your relationships from 19th February to 20th March. Mercury, the planet of communication will give your relationships his support from 16th March to 11th April. However, Neptune won’t spend the rest of the year on his own, with Mars returning to spice things up on the relationship front from 13th May to 28th June.

On both sides of the financial fence, this year has everything you would want and nothing you don’t want, suggesting that this should be a good year on both fronts. What you do have is some common features on both sides of the fence, which suggests a fairly good balance between money coming in and money going out. Unlike other areas of your chart, where there is only planetary activity at certain times of the year, your two money houses have activity for the majority of the year, but in a fairly low key way that won’t ask much from you or demand too much attention. On the financial front, where the focus is on what you do with and how you manage the money you have, you have Eris and Chiron, neither full sized planets but helping to keep things on track. On the income front you have the asteroid Juno, queen of commitment until 20th September.

This gives you the resources needed to keep your hands on the wheel with both income and money matters and it also means that when you do reach the most active points of the year on both fronts that you won’t have a cold start. On the financial front as a whole, this will happen in two waves. The first wave is when the Sun, Venus and Mercury move through your financial sector, which they do once a year and is a chance to take care of financial housekeeping and to update your financial expectations, game plan and resolutions for the coming year. This phase will begin with Venus’ return on 8th February and end with Mercury’s departure on 28th April. However, a second wave will not only begin with Mars’ return to your financial sector on 28th June but will continue for the rest of the year, with the warrior planet of the cosmos not leaving until January 2021.

It is a retrograde phase from 10th September to 14th November that will keep Mars here and the timing couldn’t be better, with the warrior planet of the cosmos heading back to the drawing board in order to let income matters have their turn. The most potentially lucrative months of this year will begin with Mercury’s return to your income sector on 6th September and will extend out to Venus’ departure on 22nd November. This is the reverse of what happens on the financial front earlier in the year, with Venus arriving first and Mercury the last to leave and it is in the perfect order on both fronts. Earlier in the year, Venus is able to create the financial desires and expectations that Mercury was able to take a strategic approach to. On the income front, Venus will return after the work is done, with her ability to attract income potential able to capitalise on that.

It appears to be business as usual in your two professional houses this year but on each front there is a surprise that turns this into a stunning professional year. To start with there is nothing to suggest that this won’t be your typical professional year and by that I mean the planetary activity that takes place on the job front in January and February and again on the career front in May and June. This is when the faster moving planets move through and in the absence of any long term planetary activity on either front, these are the pockets of activity you get. While the Sun won’t return to your work sector until 21st January, as he does every year, you begin the year with Venus already here. While this is an advantage and allows you to begin the year with your heart in the game, a chance to update your wish list and begin the year feeling motivated. This is part of the annual pattern. So too is Mercury’s visit from 17th January to 4th February, with a chance to get your head in the game.

The Sun’s departure on 19th February should and does bring all planetary activity on the job front to a close, temporarily at least. As if changing his mind, Mercury will retrograde back in for a second visit from 5th March to 16th March and while he is only back for 11 days this is a chance to return to the drawing board, just days before major and game changing developments. It begins with Saturn’s return on 22nd March, returning to your work sector for the first time in three decades and Mars’ return just days later on 31st March. While Mars returns every two years, it has been three decades since he last met up with Saturn here, adding to the massive weight this will put behind work and job matters. Mars will leave on 13th May and Saturn will retrograde back out on 2nd July, however this is not the main event but preparation for the main event.

The main event is Saturn’s return on 17th December and Jupiter’s on 20th December, to begin some of the most powerful years on the job front in decades. Not to be outdone, it is just days after Saturn and Mars return to your work sector that Venus decides that career matters need a slice of the pie as well. While the Sun won’t return to your career sector until 21st May, as he does at this time every year, Venus will return on 4th April. This is too early and this far ahead Venus will be forced to wait and instead of moving through in just 24 days, she will stay here until 8th August. This is just as Saturn and Mars are firing things up on the job front in a way not seen in decades. With Venus in retrograde motion from 13th May to 25th June and Saturn from 11th May until retrograding back out on 2nd July, the doors will be open to the past, second chances and untapped job and professional potential at the same time.
