Yes, it’s necessary to log into your EventShip account to shop. Shopping as a logged-in user is fast & convenient and also provides extra security.

You’ll have access to a personalized shopping experience including recommendations and quicker check-out.

Although we try to have a stock level that will keep up with expected demand, certain items that are highly popular can exceptionally run out of stock. As stocks continuously change and new products are always being added, please continue to check in to see if we have restocked your desired item or another style like it. You can also send us an email at [email protected] to find about its earliest availability option, or you can contact us by filling in the form on our Contact Us page.

We’re so sorry you’re facing issues while placing an order, we’d strive to resolve it asap. So here are some options:

We at EventShip take extra care to ensure that you receive what you ordered. However, in case of a mistaken shipment, you can always contact us via the Contact Us page to initiate and schedule the return process. You can also return the product from your Orders page.

There are NO hidden charges when you shop on EventShip. The price you see on the product page is final and it’s exactly what you pay.

Note: There can be additional delivery charges based on order amount.

‘Cashback’ is applied directly to the product or order value in your cart and the cashback is issued into your EventShip wallet. You do not have to wait for the cashback to be credited to your bank account/credit or debit card at a later date.

We’re so sorry for the inconvenience, but we don’t support shipping to any city other than Bangalore currently. Though, we would love to hear more from you about your requirements so that we can cater to them sooner. Please fill out the form and our team will get in touch shortly.

It usually costs us more to ship some items. So, sometimes we choose to add a delivery charge. The delivery charge is waived off by us if you shop with us for a certain amount.

Please check your order summary to understand the delivery charges for individual products.

For certains orders, a Rs 40 charge for delivery is applied if the order value is less than Rs 500. While, orders of Rs 500 or above are delivered free.

It is possible that the we or our courier partners have a holiday between the day you placed your order and the date of delivery, which is based on the timelines shown on the product page. In this case, we add a day to the estimated date. Some courier partners do not work on Sundays and this is factored in to the delivery dates.

We generally procure and ship the items within the time specified on the product page. Business days exclude public holidays and Sundays.

Estimated delivery time depends on the following factors:

  • Product’s availability
  • The destination to which you want the order shipped to.

Once your return request has been placed with us, it usually takes about 7 Days to complete the return process.

The logistics person will be in charge of picking the product from the customer’s end.

Shipping charge would not be included in the refund value of your order as this is a non-refundable charge.

No, we will not be able to accept returns after the time period mentioned in our Returns Policy.

Credit/Debit Cards

At EventShip, our preferred payment method is via a secure credit/debit card transaction. Rest assured, your card number will be protected using industry-leading encryption standards. We guarantee a safe shopping experience on our website. Orders completed with credit/debit cards will not be charged any additional fees.

Cash on Delivery

Cash on delivery service is also available for the orders. Please select “Cash on delivery” as the payment method, when you checkout from the shopping cart.

EventShip Wallet

You can also use your wallet balance to pay for the orders. You can recharge your wallet too.

We actually use industry-leading encryption standards! This encrypts the data you provide to us, ensures it is safe and not accessible to any third party. If you’ve tried to place an order but payment is not being accepted, you can still choose to pay via COD or email us at [email protected] and we will suggest alternates. We actually recommend that you check with your bank as well so that your next purchase will be effortless and straightforward.
