CANCELLATIONS AND REFUNDS

  1. Cancelling Order. You may cancel your order immediately prior to shipping for any reason. Your entire order amount will be refunded.
  2. Our Cancellation. We may cancel your order(s) if:
    • you do not make any payment to us when it is due;
    • you do not, within a reasonable time of us asking for it, provide us with information that is necessary for us to provide the products; or
    • you do not, within a reasonable time, allow us to deliver the products to you or collect them from us; or
    • we are not able to deliver your order for whatsoever reason.

3. Cancelling Booking/Services. Cancellations can be made anytime before the day of the event. There will be no/partial refunds for cancellations made within 3 days of the event, although substitutions may be permitted. Refunds will not be provided for events cancelled on that particular day due to any reason. A cancellation acknowledgement will be sent within 2 working days and fees refunded within 3-4 working days, subject to this Refund Policy. For cancellation of services which was/were booked and payment done on the platform, the following refund policy is approved:

    • 3 or more days before the day of event: Full Refund or 90% of the booking amount (as applicable) would be refunded
    • Within 2 and 3 days before the day of event: 50% of the booking amount (as applicable) will be refunded
    • Within 1 and 2 days before the day of event: 40% of the booking amount (as applicable) will be refunded
    • Within 24hrs of the day of event: No refund would be processed.

4. Refunds. Refunds on cancelled items will be issued in your EventShip wallet. However, if you opt for having the money transferred back to the source of transaction, it may take up to 7-10 business days for the respective banks to process the refund.

    • Your refund will be initiated once your product is received back and inspected by our team.
    • For delivered products, we will refund to you the product amount (excluding the amount paid for the original shipping fees) in full plus the cost of return:
      • if the products are defective/damaged or not as described on our Site; or
      • if your reason for return is due to an error on our side, such as an error in pricing or description, a delay in delivery etc.
    • In all other circumstances, we will refund the product amount (excluding the amount paid for the original shipping fees) and you may pay the costs of return shipping.
    • For products not delivered, you will receive a full refund if you cancel the order prior to shipping.

 

HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO PROCESS MY CANCELLATION REQUEST?

Once you request the cancellation of item(s) in your order, it will take us a maximum of 1-2 business days to cancel the order and 3-4 days to initiate a refund. You will be notified of the same by email.

CAN I CANCEL A PART OF THE ORDER?

No, you can’t cancel a part of your order. If you wish, you can cancel the entire order, and re-order certain items.

HOW WILL I GET MY MONEY BACK IF I HAVE PAID VIA COD?

If you have paid via COD, all your refunds will be issued to your EventShip wallet.
